My friend told me this was a good therapeutic way of ranting, also that other people enjoy reading a good rant so here is mine.
This rant is basically about how people can manipulate you to look at them a certain way, then it takes a bystander's opinion of said person to really show their true colours.

Stepping into Adulthood
The story is about a group of friends. They're about to graduate from high school and step into their respective college life. On one hand they have the immense pressure of the school final exam and on the other hand they're filled with nostalgia. They're about to close one chapter of their life and step into another one. The story starts on the last day at school. Coming to school together for the last time, sitting together for the last time, having lunch together for the last time, bunking classes together for the last time, getting scolded / punished together for the last time. All of these combined create an environment where the students are completely immersed into enjoying their final day at school. They'll be leaving the school soon. They'll become the past tense while a new batch takes their place and a new future waits for the present one to become past. So, everyone's busy making one last memory. Some eager to bid farewell to their friends, some taking one last shot to propose to their crushes or some maybe just want to get it over with. Overall everyone's busy trying to make their ending(of school life) a happy ending. But the pursuit of a happy ending isn't always happy. Complications are very real things. As they step out of adolescence and step into adulthood they get acquainted with real world problems, some more serious than others. [updates every Wednesday / Thursday]

It's funny how wrong you can be about a person. You may think that you love someone for who they are, but they turn out to be the exact opposite. I know I was completely wrong about a few people. It's crazy how you may know someone, when really you don't know shit. Why are people so manipulative? Why? Does it turn them on or do they do it because it's "fun". I thought that life was supposed to be fun and exciting. All about exploring new things and learning nature. That's what we're either taught or told, but they're wrong. Life is cruel. Guy is hard on the outside but soft on the inside, aiming to become a musician. The two make the best of friends but when Guy comes back from holiday, he begins to see them as more than that. The Best Kept Secret!
They say what's in the past keep it in the past but I wanted to know all about my past. It was things that I didn't know and that I wanted and needed to know! But my life turned upside down when my past is exactly what I should have left alone. Now if you ask me how it all began, I don't exactly remember but I know it started when I moved in with my grandma who I haven't met in all my twenty years of living. I have been in and out of foster homes since I can remember, living with families I knew nothing about. Being the outcast and them constantly asking me what's wrong because I simply did not speak. The only thing that kept me sane was my good grades throughout school. I got the satisfaction of doing the one thing that people kept telling me over and over I couldn't do. I stayed to myself and graduated high school with honors, getting a full-ride scholarship to any college of my choice. Of course, by having this accomplishment, it didn't make it any easier for me between my foster families. To them, I became the girl who was better than them. But I didn't care because when I turned twenty I finally got to start making my own choices. This is where I wonder if the first choice I made was the right one. The first choice I made was to go live off-campus with my grandmother during my first semester in college. I ask myself how could I be so stupid? But you will see just how stupid I was. "Fuck you, Springs" - he spats "In your dreams, Henderson" "How'd you know?" - he replies, with a smirk on his face. Jade Springs only had one goal in her life and that was to make it till 20. See,Jade wasn't really a very happy person. She was quite the opposite. Well if you can call an quiet, socially awkward, no friends and shit grades person happy. And not to mention the fact that her only happiness is reading books and making playlists about them. James Henderson is the opposite of Jade. He is a very out going person, who would do anything to see his friends happy even if that means that him, himself wouldn't be. Some people think that that's a weakness but James sees it as a very good quality. Of course his biggest rival Jade doesn't think so. Anytime they have an assignment together she would always call him out on that, while James would call her out on her no socialism and her shitty eye bags. What he would not tell her is that he kinda finds them attractive. Very attractive. Jade and James are fine with never talking to each other but there is one tiny problem. They both have the same two mutual friends. Avery and Xander. That and the fact that their families are really close. Like really close. When they were kids James's family would come over all the time. But that's not what we're here to talk about. We're here to talk about Avery and Xander, well for now. Avery and Xander are absolutely crushing crazy with each other. Of course everyone else sees it but them. Their misscommunication is driving both Jade and James crazy. One day when they're seated together for an assignment they both can't take it anymore and come up with a plan to get their idiots together. Well more likely a deal. Which one will be able to get Avery or Xander to confess first wins. But what they don't realise is that they are actually setting themselves up. *perfect for "better than the movies" lovers! *
