As her hand shook holding the tall glass of coke, cheap whiskey and ice, she looked at the male before her chair. Her cinnamon brown eyes were glassy and her ombre black and red lips were smeared from how many drinks she has consumed in a meer house since she got to her house, she could count half a bottle.

He blinked slowly, taking in the woman before him. Her once long brown hair was shoulder length and a vibrant teal, her usual bare nails bore black gel nails. She was wearing his old grey jacket and it hung off her thin frame in a saddening way. 

When their eyes locked, the past ten years finally hit both of them like a bus going buck twenty down a freeway and hit a brick way.
