But...Bill Cipher may return as said in the last episode by Bill Cipher himself: "XOLOTL MY TIME HAS COME TO BURN. I INVOKE THE ACIENT POWER THAT I MAY RETURN!" Yes sounds like a chant. But...what if its not and its part of everyones destiny? When they get to Gravity Falls some things have changed...but very little! (WENDY DOES NOT GIVE DIPPER HER HAT!!
