Samantha Shepperd and Alex Karev were together for a single bliss filled year before she went overseas to work. Their relationship was faced with the strain of not only distance but the inability to talk on a daily basis. They swore they would stay together and work through it. But when Sam comes home, they both have a secret that they don't want the other to know. Will they be able to solve their problems, or will this picture perfect couple be torn apart?
