The Pipe Along the Way

Arrow Williams, a 15-year old girl in search of something to make her life feel less meaningless, less hopeless. Arrow had hoped that as she grew older, she would begin to become things, and she would admire herself as she grew into something beautiful. But beauty is not what Arrow got. Instead, life had left her deserted, with nothing to call her own, and no one to guide her through the mistakes she would make. Life had been cruel to her, taking her parents and murdering them, and surrounding her with thoughts that would surely kill her. She had no dreams, she had no wishes or fears, she had no faith, but she had one thing. Hope. She had hoped that her future would turn into something that would make up for all that had gone wrong, and each day, as the struggle got worse, Arrow kept the hope of a new beginning. When Arrow meets Piper Ellis, an 18 year old boy with a strange sense of direction, her outlook of life changes, though she is not sure whether it's for the better or the worse. Piper is oddly similar to Arrow, living alone, with not many friends, though it seems. But the truth is, Piper is very different from Arrow, and he keeps a dark secret that ruined his life long ago. He deals with himself in odd ways inwhich force him into destruction. Will Arrow fight with herself to keep Piper in her life, or will he be just another pipe along the way?
