Sixty thousand years ago, the Gods waged war upon humanity-and won. From the corpses of the fallen Titans, five empires rose, carved from divine ruin: the Empire of the Rising Sun, the Dragon Empire, the Roman Dominion, Afri Terra, and the cursed land of Erevalon. Humanity was left shattered, bound by divine fear. Yet from their ashes, a new power emerged-Aura Cultivation, the art of defying heaven itself. Now, centuries later, peace is only an illusion. When a young hero-in-training, Jin, wakes to another day of exhausting drills and impossible destiny, he never expects that his next mission will lead him into the Akamizu Woods-the very ground where gods once fell. A mission that begins as a simple hunt... will soon unravel secrets that were buried since the fall of divinity itself. Because some legends were never meant to die. And some heroes... were never meant to rise. Will the gods rise again? Will the wielder of the Seed of Destiny break the chains of fate-or be consumed by it? When divinity falls... who will rise from the ashes?
