Wastelanders

Excerpt from Wastelanders:

"What the hell did you do?" screamed Ted.

"Kinda saved your life," Bryan said through shallow breaths. He looked down and his eyes grew twice in size. "Do you think he's okay?"

Ted glanced quickly at the officer then back at Bryan, "Bryan, his brain is hanging out of his skull."

"That can be fixed. Sorry, may be fixed," Bryan said pushing the brain back in. "Grammar's important."

Ted (a former insurance salesman) and Bryan (a former Marketing Executive), were just two regular guys until the world ended and they had to become road bandits to survive. Now years later Ted is having second thoughts. Is he ready to hang up his mohawk wig and call it quits? Or will Bryan stand in his way?
