"Well, silly girl, keep your eyes up! Didn't you hear Paris was the city of love?"

Andromeda Clements is a doormat. Not technically speaking, that is, but in every sense of the word metaphorically. She's not very outspoken, she doesn't talk much, and when she does it seems that nine out of ten times she's apologizing for something that probably isn't her fault.

But that's just how she was raised, Andromeda can't help her past any more than she already has-- Emancipation, a move to Paris, a new apartment, a new job, and a new school. All Andromeda can do to let go of her past is hope that Paris gives her the fresh start she's looking for. Whether that fresh start begins with the mysterious choker she receives as a gift from the old man she helped after work one day, she has no clue-- but what she does know is Lapin De'Lune is the person she can never be-- cute, outgoing, and not afraid to speak up.

How was she ever going to be able to fill superhero shoes when she can barely hold ground in her own? And why are people only suddenly interested in speaking to Andromeda after Adrien Agreste acknowledges her existence? Is this really what Paris was like?
The only thing close to the 'City of Love' she experiences is the feeling she gets around Chat Noir, the sun to her moon. How could she ever be happy falling for a guy who's true identity would never be known to her? And would he ever love her if he knew who she truly was?

Who was most important, who she was before Andromeda? The person she is now? Or the person Lapin De'Lune allowed her to become?

"So what's your type?" "What do you mean?" I pause, looking up from my book to meet the eyes of my dear friend. "Type of what?" She shakes her head with a chuckle. Her head then jerks to her boyfriend, busy trying to figure out a solution in his work. "What type of guy do you like?" "I don't really have one." I reply. "Come on, there must be something a guy does that catches your attention." My eyes casually glance around the courtyard, trying to figure out a quick response to her question. But then I hear a voice speak just to the right of us, Professor Abel happily talking to Mr. Levine. "Well?" "Older." I mumble. "Someone older." "Just older?" His deep grey eyes soften slightly in the sunlight. "Someone... colder too." "So you want someone as bad as Professor Abel?" My friend jokes poking my side with her fingers. I snap my head back to her, surprised at her question. To brush off the embarrassment I shrug my shoulders, faking a smile but my heart is pounding furiously. "Haha, very funny." It's as if our conversation has been leaked when my eyes rest back on the tall individual. The grey swirls are staring right back at me, his colleague oblivious of his wandering eyes. His expression is stern but in the light it seems as though his lips are curled up, making my stomach do a flip. "My type." "Fuck." He whispers into my neck, sending a thrill of excitement through my body. His lips still smothered kisses over my neck and his hands roamed my body, starting at my chest, going down to my stomach. Caressing my soft skin, his thumb trailed circles on my groin before slightly slipping into the waistband of my jeans. My breath catches in my throat as I pull at the hoodie that covered his chiselled body. Understanding, Jacob pulls it off in one swift movement before attaching his lips back on my neck. Sucking and biting it before flicking his tongue over the sore spot. A quiet moan leaves my mouth and I clasp my hand over it, denying any noise to escape. "You drive me fucking crazy, Aria." ---------------------------- Aria Bailey finds it hard to fit in. Her parents are always busy and never have time for her. She lives alone at her family home and has top grades in all of her classes. But being a 17 year old friendless nerd comes with its disadvantages. The bullying gets worse every single day, driving her to self harm and suicidal thoughts. Aria learns more about popular boy, Jacob Rickson and starts developing feelings for the well known 18 year old. Jacob helps her come out of her shell and learn to be more comfortable and confident. Aria has to make a tough decision by choosing if she would rather be with Jacob and be bullied by her mind for eternity, or to leave and be left alone, exactly how she wants to be. -Strangers to lovers -Right person, wrong time

The cold night air made Marinette shiver and cuddle into the red scarf that wrapped around her neck. She looked at the bright lights of Paris, of her city. A city of love. A city of light and happiness. Yet she had none. She clenched the charm Adrien had given her what felt like so long ago. He was all that was left. Everyone had left her. Her parents were disappointed in her. Her friends were angry. She heard the flapping wings of an Akuma and closed her eyes. She didn't try to stop it from taking over the charm in her hand, dark energy spreading through the trinket as his voice calmly entered her mind. As she uttered the words she was sure she would never say, she held the lucky charm close and listened to her thoughts as she lost control. Adrien and Chat. Adrien and Chat. That was all that was left. And then Marinette Dupan Cheng fell- no, she flew- off the edge of the Eiffel Tower to reveal her akumatized form. It all came in a rush that surprised even Hawkmoth because at that moment she felt every negative emotion, everything she was ever angry about came through her mind, powering her body. It was everything. It was all the things. It was all the things she felt. A few curse words, so be wary! JEEZ #1 IN AKUMATIZEDMARINETTE (3-19-20) WTF? ❝Hello there, Ms Goddess of Creation❞ ❝Hello to you too, Mr God of Destruction❞ Tikki and Plagg have elected to transform into humans. They eventually meet each other and they are happy about that. But one lingering question kept them pumping. Do they really love each other like they used to 5000 years ago? They have been put a curse to become kwamis but before that, they admire each other deeply. Being separated from each other, they have to take care of their Ladybugs and Chat Noirs and they seldom met. Being a kwami, love has no impact on them and it's rigidly restricted as it can cause the world's corruption but their powers were combined. Now that the curse was just broken 1000 years ago and that they were told that they can convert back to a human and a kwami, they can lastly understand their affection for each other again after detachment. But will they understand it or will it be demolished endlessly? What is Miraculous Ladybug you ask for any of you who don't know? Well, it's a show of two superheroes, Ladybug and Chat Noir saving Paris from being akumatised victims of Hawkmoth. Marinette, being Ladybug, is head over heels for a famous Parisian model, named Adrien. Adrien himself being Chat Noir is enraptured by the smart, quick-witted Ladybug. So, who's Plagg and Tikki? Well, they are mysterious, immortal creatures called kwamis that help the two teens to become the two superheroes. Tikki is with Marinette, backing her all the way. And Plagg is with Adrien, a camembert cheese loving freak. Disclaimer: I DO NOT own 'Miraculous Ladybug: The tales of Ladybug and Chat Noir' or any characters in this story. It belongs to Zagtoons and Thomas Astruc. Cover: Me, I drew it! This book is deeply inspired by @JueTheWitch's book 'My Other Half' so I'm begging all of you to read that book.

[Fantasy / Romance / Book 2] In Queen Andromeda's unforeseen absence, Scott MacRae has assumed power. His son, Joseph, is his right-hand man. And Pyxis, the fairy city they preside over, has never been more peaceful or prosperous. This is the appearance they need the fairy world to behold. The truth is too cruel to fathom. They are painfully vulnerable. Evil is never very far. So they bury it deep and cling to the hope it won't claw its way out. Scott MacRae knows in his gut that Andromeda will return and that his days could be numbered. It's no wonder he can't focus or sleep at night. His heart is full of holes. There is only one void he can possibly fill - if any. But as both a father and leader, any action he takes will have profound consequences. Joseph believes what he wants to believe - that which makes him admired and respected, a fairy celebrity, everything he wasn't in his former human life. But his truth lurks in the shadows too. Try as he may, he's far from perfect. He can't forgive or forget. Or avoid temptation. He's come so far. He's found his purpose. And yet he still wants what he can't have, an ideal he perpetually fails to obtain. Cassiopeia was always a princess, but for the first time ever, she's assumed the lifestyle she was never granted during her mother's reign. Despite the dress fittings, grand appearances, and a high-profile engagement, she doesn't have any real power in the kingdom she will supposedly inherit someday. She is small. She is wingless. She is not her mother. Her world never fails to remind her. Does it even matter? It's hard to say. Something is missing. Or someone. And she isn't who she once was. The higher they rise, the harder they'll fall? Christopher MacRae. He left four years ago and no one has heard from him since. Is he dead or alive? Is he the solution or the problem? And where is Andromeda anyway? If Christopher and his allies haven't vanquished what remains of her army...then who will?
