Hermione and Bella had no secrets between them, they shared everything sense they were twins. But Hermione hasn't been quite the same since the war and Bella never told Hermione about becoming a vampire. Bella hadn't told her sister about her being a mom, when Hermione decides to come live in Forks. Bella is unsure about how her twin would react to the news. When Hermione does arrive weird things start happening (more than normal weird).
