I lost connection with life and was going insane...
Then I was touched by a beautiful man, with a kind heart and a dazzling smile. His hair fell right into place...Black as darkness. Darkness that was waiting for the perfect innocent soul to come and shorten her time of good living.
Only problem? The first part of that description was horribly incorrect.
Torture of Life. The only spirit known that was capable of bringing you down to an absolute zero. Only person who could bring me to trust him.
My choice came with obvious concequences.

Torture is not a mental illness, nor does he only go to people who deserve it.

There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here.
