His crooked smile hanged loosely as his hands plunged into the pockets of his black-hooded jacket. "Yes... sure! But, I think it's 'pointless', so I don't really care...!" he said.
The violet-haired one interrupted. "Well, maybe you have forgotten why we're all here!" he barked. "I mean, the reason for all that is all YOUR doing!"

Link, a 21-year old has a love interest with Zelda that usually doesn't show often between the two most of the time. Between their relationship is an interference and a huge secret blocking the truth.

The Princess and Her Knight - A Breath of the Wild FanFiction
Before the Great Calamity, Zelda and Link travel amongst Hyrule together. They must learn to tolerate each other on their journey. Zelda, having barely been able to leave the castle much before him, discovered her sense of adventure when she went out with Link. Is it possible that the two of them harbored a secret admiration for each other than ran deeper than friendship? Or would Link maintain his silence and not speak to the princess at all?
