A Bill cipher X reader Modern au!!

Y/N and Bill use to be friends back in the day but after three years of not seeing each other both have changed or... have they? Bill seem to have gotten worse then what Y/N remembered him to be and Y/n seem to have gone a lot more cynical then positive like she usually is. What happens when These two souls reunite again? I'll just tell you this much, it won't be pretty.
This book will have a few trigger warnings and inappropriate themes such as

*Bullying
*and other older topics that is not, repeat NOT for kids or young tweens

Going through all the time Bill was with him. It wasn't that bad, was it? If I really think about it, he was actually kind of nice to me. Well, as nice as he can get. And what if I start to miss him?
