Shard Cortez is Spinner and Sherman's younger sister. One day she went missing. And she has been for 3 years. The Cortez brothers though it was their fault, so every year on the day she went missing, they don't do anything. But this day was different. A storm shock opened, and they went through to find the battle key. But instead, they discovered someone already had it. Zoom goes after the mysterious biker, and saves them in battle against the Sark and Vandals. The biker being injured, gives him the battle key, knowing she could trust him. He leaves, and promises he will come back for her. Going against direct orders from Vert, Zoom stole the battle key, only to go save Shard from her banishment, and allow her to see her parents, and two brothers again. While also falling in love in the process. But one day, a mysterious new Vandal appears, and is fighting with the BF5. This Vandaless is interesting, and Sage can see something different in her, but cannot identify what it is. Kala helps them fight, and stop the red Sentients, before every world is destroyed. After the death of Cliffjumper, the autobots were dealt quite the blow, both emotionally and in their numbers. On top of that air superiority is still in the decepticons favor which is still a big problem for the Autobots. But the day after the Autobots try to rescue Cliffjumper; only to find him as an undead terrorcon zombie, Ratchet picks up an autobot signal, but is perplexed to see that it is airborne. Most believe it's a trap, but Optimus believes that it is still worth investigating. As they try to do so the decepticons also pick up the signal. But the signal originator aids the Autobots in driving off the decepticons in his green cargo plane mode resembling a modified Antonov An-225. After the decepticons are dealt with, the jet hovers in front of the Autobots and then transforms into a bot that is nearly equal in height to Optimus himself. Once transformed Optimus immediately recognized who this bot was... his second in command, Jetfire. (A/N: Yes I am using the Transformers Cybertron Jetfire for this fanfic. And he will have his cyberkey power but it will be explained differently in the story.)
