Growing up Kray

It weren't easy to make a life for yourself, especially if you were of the opposite sex. Living in the East End of London in the 1950s meant your destiny was set in stone, you were expected as a female to grow up, get married and have a family of your own. For some this known fact was restricting and caused a great deal of anxiety. Life was tough enough, the Krays were just an added bonus.
