Rae is a 16 year old girl with a normal obsession with bands and food and all that whatnot. but then during a hot boring summer a family friend comes to visit almost out of the blue, and brings along her son and his friends, who happen to be a big famous band that Rae likes. they don't exactly pay attention to her first. she tries to make friends and kind of try to get along with them but they push her away and just do their own thing. but then one of them, specifically one with curly hair, starts paying attention to this outspoken girl, and pulls her into their friend circle. things start to turn around for her but something happens when there is romance staring to blossom between her and another one of the band mates. will this hurt their friendship or create funny stories for the future?
