Vernon Clearstone is a well-known architect and artist in Los Angeles, one of the brightest cities of all. He seems to have the world right in his palm; money, fame and everything a man could ask for. But to tell you, despite all the brightest lights in every corner of the city, there is one dark spot that he could never shed lights to. After several years, he still finds himself lurking around the shades of his past. That part of his life is so dark that none of his paint brushes even dipped in the most radiant paint colors can change. He has no choice but to accept the fact that he's the one responsible for transforming the once very colorful life into a total pit of darkness.

No matter how hard he tries, there's really no escaping for him. It's stuck in his mind; it's stuck in his heart; it's stuck in every part of his soul. Time goes by and instead of getting better, it's actually the opposite. Every single day, he goes deeper into the pit he created; leaving him no chance of getting himself up. That abyss is called the 'Memories of Jane'.
