It first happened in Beijing in 1970. A one child policy was made. It was in hopes to fix their economic crisis. Time went on and as the world grew so too did its population. Eventually in 2150 the world fell under one government. That government soon made the one child policy a world wide policy. Naturally the people being governed rose against the order tired of its ways leading to an all out war. Sadly they were no match and it lead to mass genocide. That was 250  years ago. It's now 2401. The Government still stands and the one child law is still in effect. But that doesn't stop people from having more. Unfortunately for those children they are forced to hide in the shadows.
