It first happened in Beijing in 1970. A one child policy was made. It was in hopes to fix their economic crisis. Time went on and as the world grew so too did its population. Eventually in 2150 the world fell under one government. That government soon made the one child policy a world wide policy. Naturally the people being governed rose against the order tired of its ways leading to an all out war. Sadly they were no match and it lead to mass genocide. That was 250  years ago. It's now 2401. The Government still stands and the one child law is still in effect. But that doesn't stop people from having more. Unfortunately for those children they are forced to hide in the shadows. The world balance was restored thanks to the luminos, many years later and the movement was intensified, the world leaders called it the revolution. Jade Riele Smith is a 17 year old villain with dark powers and the ability to open portals, she was separated from her family after they were brutally murdered as punishment for escaping the reform center, she joined the resistance which consists of a group of teenage villains who fight to disrupt the revolution, to restore equality and justice. In a world where you are forced to pick sides who would you be? A hero or A VILLAIN?

Soon after we learnt that we weren't the only species people began going missing.
