Similar characters, different plot, same heart. Clara's problems can be summed up in two words: responsibility and family. After the loss of her mother, life for Clara was never the same. Although she loves her three siblings and tries to be the best sister and lady she can, the weight on her shoulders grows the more she learns and the more she has to know. When her father remarries to a secretive widow, Clara's responsibilities triple overnight. Through no fault of her own, Clara is thrown into an adventure she never counted on-- one of magic, tragedy, and romance. Through palace ballrooms, enchanted forests, and encounters with a handsome stranger she really shouldn't care for, Clara soon realizes that the only way to help her family and fix the problem is to do it herself. The Next Cinderella
Cinderella has found her prince and the Enchanted Kingdom is flourishing, but in a land far, far away...there's another kingdom that's seriously missing the glamour. Here in the Enraptured Kingdom, peasants starve, the royals waste every coin on themselves, and somewhere deep in the village, Myrielle's rage against the kingdom grows, as she tries to support her family amidst all the greed. When all seems lost, Fairy Godmother visits with an offer to sponsor a search for the next Cinderella, which will help the kingdom escape its bankruptcy woes. What a relief! Except...if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Despite the warning bells, Myrielle signs up to the Bachelor-like contest to find the next Cinderella. She'll ready, she's focused, and she'll jump through every hoop the contest entails if there's a chance to help her struggling family. As for love....it's the last thing on her mind! But his step-father is busy plotting how his own son can win Charmaine's heart and doesn't want Elliot getting in the way. They will soon discover that Charmaine won't be easily charmed. But before the prince was able to get the name of the maiden, she had to leave as she had to be home before midnight. And in doing so she left behind a glass slipper. The prince then uses this to aid him in his search for the mysterious girl...but will he find her? Disclaimer: Story is in English!
