Ryoku Espor has a special power hidden in side and in order to draw it out he needs a device. The story starts out with Ryoku running into a transfer students. This student has an effect on Ryoku's power. His sister, an agent at F.R.O.N.T.I.E.R., senses this and shows Ryoku Frontier. It's a defense base in between parallel worlds.
