But they had almost won, even though so many people were against. They're such hostile people. Every other race today still has to hide their existence. The humans think that all 'mythical' races have died off from the war. But in reality, they don't know they're living with them. The fairies, elves, dwarfs, nymphs, werewolves, gargoyles, orcs, and even mermaids and nix! They all joined together that time to go against vampires, where they finally won. Or had they...?

For as long as anyone could remember humans and monsters have been at war, the conflict spanning over millennia till the Great War, witch nearly sent both races into extinction. At the end of this war a pact was made, a agreement to pease and prosperity for all. Though their were some how despised this agreement, a group of humans that called themselves the Liberators, gods chosen to wipe monster kind off of this world. And so their they began to kidnap and murder monsters where they lived, and no human lifted a finger to stop them. That was until one day when a small community of elves was attacked, and on live television to the world, they watched as they slaughtered a married couple unlike many had seen. That of a human and a elf. This seemed to have awoken the world to the horrors that this group has caused and a international force was established to protect all races from harm. Now with the Liberators pushed back into the shadows, pease was finally accomplished for the masses, and a tournament was set up in honor of that day. Twisted Turmoil
Centuries ago, the supernatural decided to come out of hiding. It sparked a war, all sides suffering until a treaty was formed. All species signed it. While most of the world chose to intermingle and live in coexistence, two countries remained the outliers. North America split into territories. The werewolves took most of the mid- western side, save for the coast that had been more city dominated. The vampires claimed the coastal sides that were city dominated. A few decades after the treaty, the boundary lines blurred but still existed. Witches and humans intermixed; some preferred the solitude the forests provided while others liked the constant movement of the cities. No one was restricted to specific sides. There were stories of others, the fae and merfolk. They had long since died out during the war. Humans now threatened to follow in their footsteps.

She begins to have feelings for him, at least until she meets his brother. His devilishly good looks and his uncanny way of making bad seem good made her fall head over heels In Love with the villain. A fight for her affections become prevalent and it comes to Blows between the two brothers. When Novell becomes unexpectedly pregnant, the wait is much to bare to see exactly who's child she is carrying. Each brother thinks it's his baby. When the baby is born, one brother will remain with her and the child and the other rages and promises death to his traitorous brother.
