Kelsey has a choice, between perfection and passion.
Be with the person that will get her further in high school, who is fearless and breath taking with a single glance. The person who can get people to look at her and actually think something of good instead of nothing at all. He’s the person who she can easily fall for, that she‘s convinced she should fall for. He’s her perfection.
Or, she could be with the guy who is willing to lend her a hand for an appropriate cost, of course. He can’t get her anywhere, but recognized. He can’t get respect for her just by holding her on his arm, but he does know how to un-smart the system. Not only does he seem mysterious at first, but over time, Kelsey can see something in him. She sees cracks in his defenses. She sees him, her passion.
