"What do you think it could have been?" voices whispered behind me. "We'll see soon enough." others responded. I walked in front of the group scanning all angles in front of me sensing for any danger. A light sheet of smoke surrounded us and small tints of orange flame slowly began to rise in size. When my group was in viewing distance of the destruction, we stood opened mouths for what lye ahead of us . Shiny, gleaming metal glared in the bright forest sun, showcasing a large, pod like structure. The structure was almost fully aluminum and had a large, thick door covering most of the front side of the pod.
"What could that thing be?" A man named Agron whispered, being the first of us to speak up. "I don't know, but no one get any closer unless I say otherwise." I commanded. We stood in silence waiting for something to happen. Suddenly, a shrieking creak of the door sounded, and the metal slate slowly lowered itself down to the forest floor. Everything around us went silent. After a few seconds, a girl slowly stepped out of the shadowed interior of the pod, and jumped onto the forest floor. She had long, golden brown hair, and strikingly blue eyes that reminded me of the irises that grew near the ponds. She slowly looked at her surroundings as if she had never seen the outdoors before, and slowly smelled the air. Closing her eyes, she slowly spins in a circle taking in every inch of the forest. Reopening her lids, she lifts up her arm to the sky and yells "We're back bitches!"
