When an Australian young adult is put in charge of her young autistic brother and distant father she quickly learns the difficulty of life. But when her father tells her that he plans on moving the family across the country to an outback city she soon learns that reality isn't nearly as hard as she thought. 

After learning her parents past she soon is thrown into the mess they left behind and tried to escape. With her father gone missing one morning it becomes up to her to find the truths hidden under all the lies, with her brother her full attention everything turns to the worst when she must work along those she's found to be her families enemies. 

Help is found in dark places and love is found in deep waters. Will she be able to leave the mess her family made and turn into a clear future, or will she be stuck there forever.
