Our beloved Monsters live at the surface for almost a year now. As Christmas time begins, they are all overwhelmed by the festivity and happiness this time of the year brings to everyone. And monsters realize: it's been a long time since they celebrated a family festival under the stars. This is basically a small collection of one-shots that play in the same universe. It will work like an Advent calendar, which means there will (hopefully) be one chapter per day , until it's Christmas eve. Branden and the Monsters have finally gotten to the surface. But things aren't as simple as they hoped it'd be once they got out of the Underground. Humans fear the monsters more then they did before and force them to live out of their city behind a wall. Monsters are patient and understand that they are a frightening sight after so long, and leave it to the ambassador to try and make things right. Frisk still has much to do though, as she and Asriel we accepted to go to school in the city while their brother, Branden, continues to train and protect all of Monsterkind. Eventually, his patience runs thin and starts to take things in his own hands, but will he make things better? After all, Frisk, Sans, and Branden all remember what happened before getting out, vividly. Will they be able to make things better, or will they get Monsters even more problems?Complete

The monster realm was much different than the human one, with that separation it was hard to get along and soon a war started, families died, monsters and humans. It wasn't a good time for anyone, children and teens left to fend for themselves while the world wrecked havoc. After years of this chaos it seemed to ease, only for Monsters to hit twice as hard, now enslaving any human they could find as pay back. They took everything from you, well everything that you had worked for that is. It's been about 11 years since the accident happened I was 19 years old currently so that happened when I was 9 I've been alone for 11 years. Taking care of myself and I got pretty good at it to. I hated the monsters, despised them for what they did, but now as I'm alone running away from one, fear was the only emotion flowing through my body. What happens when you get caught by that monster? Yet the monsters still struggle to find their place within the world. Most accept the monsters, but there are those who wish nothing more than the complete annihilation of monster kind. Merely sealing them away is not enough. As ambassador for the monsters, it is Frisk's responsibility to fight for everyone's right to live on the surface. But at the same time, an internal battle rages on within her. Not only that, her relationship with Sans is strained. Trust is not so easily regained after the slaughter of one's beloved, despite it all being erased. Or was it really?
