Leia Morgan was normal at one point...not really.
She thought she had been normal, but she realized after a very average fourteen years that she was, and never had been, normal. Or human, for that matter -- not completely, anyways. Life went from dull to absolute chaos. Obscure creatures from half-man-half-goat to half-horse-half-hawk came into her life. Monsters and gods threatened her. Some form of weapon constantly at her side became her "normal." And for some reason, to everyone else, the scariest thing in the world was stupid, false phrases like "the sky is falling" or "the Earth is attacking."
Magic and powers and monsters and gods -- and now Leia is in the middle of one of the most important events in the history of ever, and apparently no human will remember it. She's not asking herself if she can make sense of it all; her biggest question is simply: will she survive it?

[I do not own any characters, places, or events from Percy Jackson and the Olympians or The Heroes of Olympus -- that's all owned by Rick Riordan.]

Ever since she was a little girl, Ariel Murphy had always known she was different from those around her. She had a temper that could rival Achilles; she had a heart as big as Isis; and, she had weird things happen to her. It wasn't normal to see creatures that no one else could. It wasn't normal to be able to manipulate things around her, throwing them around when her temper flared. These differences were what made Ariel, well, Ariel. And that wasn't a good thing when her life -- and the nations of the world -- depended on harmony and peace from people like her. You see, Ariel and the people like her were so different that the gods of all nations and tribes didn't like her kind. She represented more than just one nation, one tribe. She was a demigod, born of a mortal man and a Greek goddess. But she also had the blood of the Pharaohs running through her veins. No one had ever seen anyone like her. She was an anomaly, she was singular. But she wasn't alone. No, there were people just like her, people who represented more than just one nation, one tribe. These children -- these fated children -- were tasked with a quest, one to find the lost prophecy that foretold of when the sea swallows the earth, the chosen shall face a time of war, the one that was going to change the course of history forever. When things start getting out of hand, will Ariel Murphy find enough bravery and strength to face the shadows? Or will she let everything crumble at her fingertips?

Everyone in town knows about the sea monster. Every night, he goes into town to find his prey. He lures them in with his voice, only to bring them back to the ocean, to eat them. Few survive this, and the people who do, they lose their mind, like they were cursed. You can only gather from them that he was beautiful, his voice was like an angel's, and that when he took you into the ocean, he became a monster. He only hunted young men, women, teens, and the occasional twelve-year old. It was terrifying, because the people had no way to stop him. Every night, someone would go missing, or come back insane. They knew he lived in the ocean, and when people tried to bomb the area where they thought the monster lived, they would either be cursed, or just eaten by the sea monster himself. And the people who came back insane, they would always wander over the fact that the monster had not even a scratch on him. Teens, young men and women would fear for their lives, and lock themselves in their houses at night. But only one person refused to hide, either in bravery or utter stupidity. That person was Will Solace. So basically, this story is based on the cover art of the book. I just thought it was such a great idea and wanted to put it to story. I saw another person do this and they used the same cover art, and I hope you guys like my version! I, personally very much like it and hope you guys do to! (I don't own any of the characters or art work that appears in this fanfic. All of the characters belong to Rick Riordan.)

---Book 2 in the Godling Trilogy ---- [COMPLETE ORIGINAL NOVEL] Lea Reclin has just saved the world, but the world doesn't know it and never will. Lea lives with the knowledge that gods and monsters are still alive and breathing. As it turns out Greek Mythology, isn't so much of a myth as it is a documentation of history. Lea who only very recently discovered that she's child of one of the long lost deities, happens to be the firstborn of Morpheus, the god of dreams. This makes her a primogentius, or rather: a prime. Godlings with further enhanced strength, speed, and stamina, Primes are as rare as they are powerful. For this reason, Lea was sent to save the world from a threat rising in the west. She succeeded, but at a cost. And now, it appears that the chaos isn't over. Before Lea gets the chance to settle back into a normal life she's jarred back into the world of the godlings. Then, after having strange monsters sicked on her, she flees back to the home of the gods only find that those monsters are much more of threat to her than any she'd faced before. The monsters, taking on traits of multiple mythological beasts, are the result of someone's experiment. Someone is taking monsters, playing with their DNA, and creating something that shouldn't exist: they're creating hybrids. -------------------------------------------------- Rated PG-13 for Intense Action Violence, Fantasy violence, Mild Language, and Mature humor ((This is an original work, not a fanfiction. It was heavily inspired by Percy Jackson and involves greek mythology in modern day. however this book will contain no copyrighted material.))

"I thought you thought that you were doing the right thing," "I am," "Then why are you painting yourself as a bad guy?" "Because that's what most of the galaxy thinks," "So? Just because they think it doesn't mean you have to. So how do you know I said that?" ~~~ *Sequel to The Last Jedi* My motto in life is: if someone tells you you can't do something; get really mad, run away and do it. Mentioning no names, Uncle Luke. Okay, it's not the greatest life motto and not the greatest start to the story of my life. Ah, well. Who's gonna tell my story anyway? -EDITING-
