Caliya Sternis is an Avatar, a character in a video game controlled by the player.  Obviously.

But something has gone very wrong with the game, and the Avatars have all suddenly gained consciousnesses.
	
They are given personalities based on their Alignments, and they all start from the beginning of the game.

To end the bloody war that is their reality, somebody must beat the game and return control to the players.

But who wants to give up their consciousness, their life?
