Moriarty Holmes was just an ordinary girl from District 4. That was, until she won the 72th annual Hunger Games.
When Katnis Everdeen's actions lead to the Quarter Quell stripping, Mori is put into the drawing for District 4's female victors.
However, when she volunteers for Annie Cresta, other chosen tribute Finnick Odair's love interest, things get a little complicated. She is quickly shipped away, as too the other tributes, to the Capital.
Something fishy is going on; no pun intended. Finnick and some of the other tributes act strangely around Mori when she walks into a room. Their conversations will cease and they will act as though they weren't talking to begin with.
But Moriarty knows something is up.
Perhaps when she learns exactly what that something is, it will be too late.
