Harry Potter and the Black Rose
A mute child is abandoned on the streets of London at the age of nine months old. There she is left to defend for herself by stealing food and rummaging for clothes to put on her back. Until one day, she is accepted into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry where she is placed into the Gryiffindor house. For the first time in her life, she is finally given a family she deserves. It's almost too good to be true. I do not own the rights to anything relatively related to Harry Potter. I own the few characters I have made up for this particular series. This series is based off the eight movies. I hope you enjoy... Started Writing January of 2018. There were very few things in Harry Potter's life that he was certain of. There was one absolute certainty though; he'd felt it in his bones for as long as he could remember. He, Harry Potter, was dead. The living people around him might not believe, but the dead sure did. Oh well, it doesn't impact his life much. Besides, it's nice to get help with his schoolwork from his parents. Eventual Harry/Cedric.

The Misadventures of Anna Cabbot

Her first real friend - aside from her landlady neighbor - is a selkie named Carson who introduces himself by flopping out of the Niagara River onto her lap. Before that fateful night is out, Anna's a one-woman magical cavalry for the Lady of Lake Erie and knee deep in an adventure she didn't ask for. Nigel, the Lady of Lake Erie's brother, has gone missing. Anna's urge to help those in need has her - and Carson - diving headfirst into the mystery of Nigel's disappearance. First and foremost is a visit to the Bookkeeper, the top of Buffalo's magical food chain whose fingers are seemingly in every pie worth eating. They closest they come to the elusive Bookkeeper is Jamie Murdock, the hired muscle. Jamie's content to divulge what little he knows about Nigel, but he's more interested in Anna on a personal level, and Anna will have decide if her head and her heart are on the same page when it comes to her interest in him. And if that's not enough to deal with, Death keeps popping up at inopportune moments, and definitely not just for giggles.
