A fanfiction written to celebrate Pokemon's 20th Anniversary! Updates Mondays and Fridays. Set in an AU Cyberpunk PMD universe, a scientific experiment has gone horribly wrong, sucking the capital city of System into a massive glitch called the Fracture, and dragging the human world into it! Humans are scattered throughout the region, some of which have gained strange abilities, or been transformed into Pokemon. Many are lying in comas, leaving only a mere handful of humans alive in System.
Meanwhile, a mawile named Pixel and her investigation team are looking for their missing friends amongst an outbreak of a virus believed to be leaking from the Fracture, corrupting Pokemon and the entire region slowly but surely. They team up with a human/talonflame named Switch and a corrupted meowstic named Vector to try and stop the virus at its source, even if that means risking their lives by breaching the Fracture... AKA Glitch City.

A what if I was in Pokemon fanfic. Once a upon a world, there was humans and creatures that are called "Pokemon". The humans and these so called "Pokemon" lived in harmony.. well, not exactly. There was an organization called "Team Rocket". Their evil boss, Giovanni wanted to use an army of Pokemon to take over the Kanto region. However, this plan of mind changed when he wanted to take over the Pokemon World due to having many powerful pokemons that he can use for his own gain. He theorized that there was a another universe that there was a world just like the world he was living in but different. He and all people was created by this world. He called this world, "Earth" and therefore it was called "The Reality". However, when he told this to everyone, they laughed at him for being stupid. Giovanni wanted to prove them wrong by forcing his workers to research about it to see if this so called "The Reality" is real. Few weeks later.. It was proven true and Giovanni was very proud about it. The workers told him that they'll send a portal to "The Reality" but however, it will lead to someone's bedroom but Giovanni doesn't care and wanted to experiment on the person when they go through it so he orders them to send the portal to "The Reality". Little bit did he know that this will change EVERYTHING and will regret it soon enough. I don't own Pokemons nor its characters from the franchise. I also don't own the pictures on some of the chapters and the picture in the cover was from Google but I edited it. I will have my OCs in here. This idea is inspired by @pokemon-fox120. WARNING! There will be swearing and blood. Also uhm.. there's going to be dates and constant changing.

Frequently Asked Questions: Q - What's special about this fanfiction? A - The books have an architectured story, from mysteries to time travel. From being awfully childish to brutally mature. Also, the protagonist ages. Q - Who are the Main Protagonists and the rivals? A - Red, a character from the Pokemon Video Games is the main protagonist along with his best friend Leaf. Whereas the character Blue (also known as Gary in the anime) is more of a frenemy than a rival. The main rivals would be Team Rocket Grunts - Cassidy and Butch as well as their Boss, Giovanni. Q - Is this story based on Pokemon Red or FireRed? A - The story has a few iconic moments from the games/manga but those events do not play a big part in the main story arc. Q - Is Ash Ketchum in it? A - The story takes place in its own universe. I try to bring some events from the games, the manga, and the anime. You get to see a different version of Ash Ketchum (close to how he has been depicted in the anime) in 2 chapters of this book. Q - Is Team Rocket the same as in the anime? A - While Cassidy and Butch are characters from the anime, they have a different overall character arc than in the anime. Team Rocket is darker than in any previous versions and has a purpose and a plan other than stealing. Giovanni's plan plays out slowly in the course of three books. Q - It has time travel? A - It does, time travel is hinted at in the first book with the actual "time traveling" in the second book. Q - "I hope the protagonist has a father, hahaha" A - Yes, he does. The character mostly appears in flashbacks but is an important character.
