As a reminder that no one can even escape the power of the Capitol, even at the very close chance of freedom, this year's tributes will be exclusively reaped from the pool of eighteen-year-olds in each district. --- It is the One-Hundredth Hunger Games and the Fourth Quarter Quell in Panem. Twenty-Four tributes are about to be reaped from their districts. To be thrown to the custody of the Capitol and to an arena where they will partake in a deadly battle on national Television. However, this year is special as the Capitol will not only introduce one, but two twists that will change the way of the games, forever. Choices will be made. Promises will be broken.
