Micheala is a troubled girl but does well in school. Her parents are drug addicts and have a rough relationship with their daughter. Micheala being 14, she has basically raised herself all on her own.

Time goes by so quick, and before she knows it, life is crumbling down on her. There's a shocking secret she hides from the world. The only person that knows, is her best friend, Jessica. Jessica is 13, almost the same age as Micheala, but they're in the same grade.

They've known each other for 5 years, and in all that time, Jessica has never seen Micheala so......broken.

She tries to help, but she can only do so much. She's always there for her, and tries to give Micheala the best moments. But through the fake smiles and hidden tears, Jessica  knows that Micheala is hurting.
