Calvine-System is a solar system that is Dakota's home. This is the story about Dakota's young life on the planet of Calvine-251A, in the Calvine-06 system; who was in search for his destiny. This story is suppose to describe Dakota's harsh life, and the things he has been through. This is only the beginning for Dakota's path. This is book one of the series.

Please tell me what you guys think. If you've read my description on my profile, than just to let you guys know that this is really just the background lore/story of the main character of my game. I haven't quite decided if I'll make this into a game or not. But as of right now I'm hoping to turn this into a novel, it really depends on wether the game will be a success or not. But my fingers are crossed and hope you guys enjoy the series and this series will probably be a 4 to 6 book series depending on wether Book one will be a success or not. I have sat often in front of the computer, and stared long at the screen without ever writing a word. The synopsis for this project has haunted me since the first person asked me "So, what is it about?", and to this day I have never been able to deliver a straight answer. This book is about a number of things, many of which do not fit evenly into a succinct description. I have tried to make them fit and have found the resulting descriptions ill-representing and dull. Thus, I have decided to go without a description. This book will fade into obscurity no matter what I put here, so I might as well write what's really important. Winter in a city is an especially punishing time. This book comes out of my late nights and early mornings riding the train, and my looking at the window and being able to make out nothing but the blur of the glass. From the outside it may look dead, but certain people know that the inner workings of a city are a true marvel to behold. In writing this, I have tried to capture that marvel and deliver it to you, the reader. This is a book about a city and the people within it. The rest is up for you to read, if you so choose.
