So I finally decided to post something new. This is my current WIP (my NaNoWriMo 2015 project) . It is most definitely a slow work in progress. At the moment I am currently battling exposition, over-writing and a frequently wandering plot. My mission is to clean it up, simplify things a little, while maintaining my particular style. There will be typos- but I'm less worried about those. I'm more interested in improving overall story clarity and chopping out the unnecessary blah, blah. Anyway I hope it's somewhat enjoyable/readable in it's current state.
Brief Synopsis
Sam's dying, unmercifully slow, though maybe it's what she deserves after the type of life she has led. Not all of the bad she did was her choice, but passing the buck doesn't absolve completely, after all, she pulled the trigger.
When that final checking-out notch on her ticket is finally about to be clipped, she has an 11th hour visitor. She never gets visitors, people with redacted pasts rarely do. The man in question sets about changing her life, or rather, her death forever. The problem is Sam hasn't known any other life and certain lethal habits are hard to break.

The Phoenices Volume 1 - Expired
This is the novel I'm writing for National Novel Writing Month, I'm planning on it being approx. 50,000 words, that's 1,667 words per day. This project might continue on into December if it gets enough reads and support, that being a big if. If it's not getting the attention I want it to get for the publishing to be a good idea, then I won't work with it anymore or waste anymore time on a dying novel. You may have noticed I have changed the title, I'm planning on making this a short series, maybe four or five books, unless I can keep coming up with a plot that won't get boring after that. As of right now, I don't even know what's going to happen on the next page. I'm planning on publishing this soon, it'll be available on Amazon when I do if anyone wants to purchase it and help a girl out. I'll post about it when it is available, keep an eye out for notifications and updates on how the editing is coming. I'm still looking for a few people to give me constructive criticism on this piece, help me edit the original maybe, I just need some help with it because I've been staring at it for way too long. Love in Dangerous Waters
Lily is a normal sixteen year old girl who lives off the coast of Sacury, California, where she loves Theatre and her friends, even though she lives in an orphanage. But when mysterious people randomly start showing up, telling her that her destiny is away from California and away from human life, she goes with them to find what she really is. What will happen as she finds out about her family... her real family? How far will she go to kill the one who murdered her sister... who is also the King of Tanyela? And maybe finding the one guy of her dreams... in a world she never expected. When things go out of hand, she will find herself in a sea of troubles... literally. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- So, this is really a spin-off of the Fight or Flight series, choosing a different point of view and a time a littler bit after the fourth story, but don't worry- you don't need to have read the others to understand this one. It explains everything later on. This is my Camp NaNoWriMo story, and I love the support people have given me for writing it in a month. The Meeting of a God and a Demon
After finishing a successful summoning, Alcor comes across a strange little store and decides to take a look inside. Once inside he ends up meeting a very particular woman. This day, this place, and this woman will end up becoming quite memorable to him. This is definitely a meeting he won't long forget. This is my fic for the Transcendence AU Ficathon of 2020! This fic is based off a prompt on the Transcendence AU Tumblr about Alcor meeting one of the Old Gods. In the prompt it was Earth Mother Gaia Alcor met, & that is who he meets in this fic. I wanted more TAU Gods stuff, so here we are. This is one of the 1st fics I have posted online. I have posted it on AO3 and some other place(s), which I also like. I may link those other places, or at least my AO3 here &/or on my profile some time in the future. Esp. since I want into more explaining and detail in those tags and notes over there that may be helpful while reading this fic. But it is also not needed. This fic can be read pretty much completely as a standalone thing. So it's just an option. If you prefer or just use WP, well I'm gonna be here too as well obviously. I don't recommend reading this if you want a well written story! It's in dire need of some serious editing! Can you really leave your past behind you? Can you lock it away, in the darkest recesses of your mind? Or will it always be there, hiding in the shadows, waiting to pounce? When Lily moved to London from Wales, she thought that it would be a fresh start. But her problems just seem to follow her wherever she goes. Silently struggling to come to terms with the situation surrounding her parents' death, Lily hopes that finding a job and being independent will help her to get the courage she needs to move on. But things can never stay "just good", her demons from the past will always try to rear their ugly heads, ready to pounce when Lily least expects it. When it all becomes too much, Lily doesn't know if she will lay down and take it or fight to the death. A few seasons ago, I participated in NaNoWriMo with the goal of writing a story a day for the entire month of November. I was able to do this and ended up with well over 50,000 words for the month. This book ended up with around 43K words, but it is missing a few stories. I didn't want to put anything that goes with "Pearls of the Mother" in the "Illogies." Each day I sat down to write, I had a different mood or something else I was thinking about, and I let that guide my writing process.
