Samantha, the first teenage female, along with Thomas, another teenager, arrive in a glade at the center of a giant labyrinth. Like the other youths dumped there before them, they have no memory of their previous lives. Thomas and Samantha quickly become apart of the group and soon after demonstrates a unique perspective that scores them a promotion to Runner status -- those who patrol the always-changing maze to find an escape route. Together with Teresa, the only other female, Thomas tries to convince his cohorts that he knows a way out, but Samantha doesn't trust Teresa. Okay so hi! This is my first story. It's pretty basic. It's set in the maze. I changed a LOT from the original book, for example, everyone's already there, but it's pre-newticide attempt. Also, Theresa does. not. exist. One more thing: I DO NOT TRIGGER AN ENDING. I AM NOT THE LAST ONE. Many of the characters that I add are based off of friends, family and acquaintances who I think would fit well into the maze.
