Jasmine hasn't seen Chase since sixth grade. They used to be inseparable, but now they don't know each other at all. She barely recognizes the tall boy with the Australian accent when she sees him at the start of her senior year. Jasmine starts to wonder if she will ever get to know Chase the way she once did.
