After a freak explosion devastated the City of Los Angeles and left thousands for dead, the chaos that many had hoped to end with the settling of the mushroom cloud only gave rise to a different kind of chaos, but one that would only be realized after many years of so-called peace. 30 years later, after the City had regained its foothold from that catastrophe and made leaps into the technological era, the cities blood soaked past resurfaces.
