Elizabeth isn't your ordinary 14-year old girl. She is a perfectionist, especially when it comes to dance. When she gets a letter from the dance school of her dreams saying that she has been accepted to it, it will change her life for forever. Did I mention that the dance school was The National Dance Academy of Australia? She has to fly from America to Australia, when she happens to meet someone on the plane ride. Little did she know that she was going to run into him again in the future. She will discover things that she didn't know, and along the way she will know what it will feel like to be more of a normal teenager.

Complete! "You know I really like you, right?" He was definitely drunk. "You do?" I asked. My voice was supposed to be teasing, but I think it came off as a bit startled. He laughed, "Yeah, why else would I trust you with all my secrets?" -- Betty was many things; a romantic, a fashion designer, a bit more jealous than the average girl, great with a camera, a helpful daughter and a good friend. But she was best known for being nice. And usually, the boy did not want the 'nice' girl. But this summer she was going to prove to Mike, her crush since FOREVER, that nice was enough. She was going to have an amazing summer, a perfect Junior year, and finally have her first kiss. It was a foolproof plan. Moving from her childhood home in Arizona to New Mexico at the start of Junior year was never a part of Betty's plan. But sometimes when parents are involved, plans change. So now the nice girl had to start over at a new school in a new State. And when the (maybe not so bad) bad boy, Eli, gets involved, it might be hard to be known as 'the nice girl'.
