I was a night that Derek had gotten killed, Caden was too small at the time to know what was going on so her mother had told her that he had died in a fire trying to rescue them. But the thing is, that he didn't die in a fire. He was going out to the store when he was killed by a rogue. This secret has been kept from Caden for 15 years, until they move to Mt. Springs. Where Caden meets a werewolf, soon to be alpha,named Bade and his twin brother Bryant without knowing it, thinking that they were just creatures in a fairy tale.
