Our future melancholies
The jungle is a creature. Alive. Those who enter, mingle and get lost. Whoever gets lost becomes prey and predator. They are part of it now. Kill, eat than get eaten. Be it an ant, a person or a civilization: the jungle dissolves everything. Pastel is a young hunter forced into exile in the dense jungle, in search of his people and the caresses of the one he loves. But memories of his native plains still burn his lungs, sting his eyes and ravage his heart, almost as much as the ash-stained air whistling with incendiary arrows. All he's got is a flimsy prophecy and a magic pebble. Or so he thinks. Will it be enough to reclaim the land of his ancestors? (FR aussi disponible, voir mon profil :) )
BETA MINE (mxm || lgbtq)
"A mate will love you and only you. No other can compare to you and he or she will treasure you above all and everything in the world," mommy says to me as she kissed my forehead. I sighed dreamily. I can't wait till I find my mate. He'll be perfect and handsome and funny and smart and brave and beautiful and he'll love me... only ever me... and... and... Present This hurts so much. Seeing and hearing and knowing my mate, the one who's supposed to love me above all, me, only me is in love with somebody else. I'd hate him if I could. I'd reject him if I could... I wish I could. %%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%%% Important My books are written explicitly for a MATURE AUDIENCE 18 YEARS AND OLDER. Stray (mxm)
Book 1 in Stray Series The world has not been kind to me, but that's okay. I don't need to live in luxury or comfort. My only purpose, my only goal, is to protect my children and give them the life I never had. I don't know how much longer I can keep them safe, though. The walls I've built for us are closing in, my efforts are in vain, and I'm not strong enough to help them much longer. I pray my son will be able to use what I've taught him to keep them alive. And protect them from the wolves that can't seem to leave us be. -This story has depictions of violence, SA, depression, panic attacks, gore. My Alpha
WARNING - THIS STORY CONTAINS TRIGGERS!!!!!! LOOK AT TAGS FOR MORE INFORMATION!!!!! After being wrongfully kicked out, a 19-year-old Omega and his 15-year-old kid brother are forced to run, being injured badly in the process, as well as losing each other. 19-year-old Omega Nex finds his way to Lucin Pack border, losing consciousness and being helped greatly. In the hospital, he meets his fated mate and learns some news that changes everything. Will Nex and his kid brother, Bae, learn to trust not only their mates but everyone within their newfound Pack and family? Or will something happen to throw them off the healing course and into even darker places? Little Character info: Nex has always been looked down on for being smaller than the others and for being a 'weak omega'. He is very strong and hardheaded, for an omega. He will stare down and hunt down the toughest if it is for the ones he loves. He can have a bit of a sour attitude though. Fern, his inner wolf, is the nice one that kind of mocks Nex, in a way, when he gets into those sour moods. While Nex believes he is weak, Fern believes the opposite and is always trying to convince his human part of that as well. Dom is a big guy who protects everyone. He is kind and loving to the ones he loves and cares for. He acts like the stereotypical tough guy around the ones he doesn't know or doesn't like. He is dead set on finding his mate and has been for the past five years. (18 + 6 people.) Zek, Domonic's inner wolf, is a very dominant counterpart of Dom. Zek cares deeply for his fated one and will give his life for him, as well as being very...well...teasing. He loves to make Nex and Fern blush and get embarrassed. But a reminder...if you mess with Nex and Fern...he will rip you apart.Complete
Alpha Moretti
*COMPLETED* Liam always thought that his first lover and best friend would turn out to be his mate. But after him leaving for two years, and the contact between them disappearing, he might just be a tad bit wrong. --- This story follows my book "Running" however, it is also a stand alone. You do not need to read the first book to understand this.
