Eden is a 14 year old girl living in the small town of Kipple. Not a lot goes on around here, at least that's what most think. At the age of 13, Eden lost her mother to lung cancer. This only worsened the bullying. After the loss of her mother, Eden's father took to drinking large quantities of alcohol daily. Eden has many places she can call hell: school, her neighborhood, any public place, even home. There is only one place she feels safe, and that's the forest.
With no close friends, Eden takes great joy in playing instruments, writing in her journal, and photography. In fact, these are some of the only things that Eden wants to live for. But, despite her love for her hobbies, Eden is so close to giving up. Between school, anxiety, clinical depression, and the beatings from her father, Eden can not assure she will be able to hang on much longer. But, perhaps a certain group of people, perhaps even a spark of romance, can change Eden's world for the better.All Rights Reserved
