15 year old Roxanne Clare is bored with life. Her parents are useless, and at school she is surrounded by people that she's a million times smarter than. Friendless and without purpose, when she's not hating everyone around her, she's daydreaming about the day that she can graduate and leave her boring life behind.
17 year old Danny Gardner just wants to escape. With his parents hardly ever around and his grades failing, he's just trying to make it out of high school alive. When he finds a mysterious ad that offers total freedom from his parents, he meets Roxy, who has hatched a plan for them to escape.
