"Hey, have you heard of Grim?"

By the media: Grim is the elusive vigilante group nicknamed for their grotesque kills with big time wrong doers as their victims. They have claimed more than a few lives.

After a few months of investigation after Grim's last kill, the police have narrowed Grim down to being a single student within the area. They launch a search of all the students' houses and alibis for 14 February, 10 pm to 12 midnight, a search meant to tighten the noose around Grim. However, Grim remains elusive. Even the student closest to the profile was too different still.

The thing is Grim is a student but the police have forgotten a fundamental - "Timing is everything."

But what happens when Lyla, a student who's the last and only living person suspected to be attacked by Grim, becomes more involved? Not as a victim but as an... Accomplice?

Valentina, meanwhile, would be happy with just one recovered memory. She would love to know how she became tattooed, or even just what the Chinese character on her ankle means. But, as some of her friends know, the price of that one memory might be set higher than she is willing to pay. (There are some ethically interesting choices from the main characters, thus the mature rating. But nothing graficly shocking should be included, just a couple of murders discussed that could absolutely not be avoided.) (All characters are strictly fictional. I feel this should be highlighted, for while inspiration is always tied to the outer world, imagination composes a story out of it and colors the outcome with dreams and nightmares.) This spin off will explore a new main character's lore as we delve into a new journey, somewhere between The Fallen Rises OG's The Boy Northern (Novel 1) & Power Pendants (Novel 2). She always hated school, until sudden mysterious death's happened in the school. She never made a lot of friends, since she wasn't a fan of the friendship thing. Later on she befriends a girl named Heather Marlene. As Esther's friendship grows, what will it grow to? What is Heather Marlene to Esther? To continue, There was a girl whose nose never stopped bleeding. Rumors always filled the school, like a virus. Nobody knows who the girl really is. Esther calls her ' sakodo' but she was given the name slit-faced girl by the people who saw her. But those people that feared or saw her died the next day. Why do people die the same? How do people die? Most importantly, what killed them? One day the girl suddenly disappears. Nobody knows where. A few days after she disappeared, all that was left of her was forgotten. Nobody knew who she was. All traces of her were gone. What really happened to that girl? What was her name? Where did she disappear to? What was the girl's backstory? As the story unfolds. The truths are exposed. Nobody knows. Not even you. (Some chapters may be short so I apologize! I wrote this story a while back and never posted it or shared it, so again I apologize for the short chapters but I sadly won't add more to the short chapters so bare with me 😅)
