Rivals

I opened my eyes and noticed the sun was setting. I yelpped "i had slept all day!" I looked around the woods were i was sitting. I froze when i heard a twig snap behind me i spun around pulling out my dagger with a shaky hand "h-h-hello?" I called spreading my wings ready to take flight if whatever it was attacked. A bush rustled to my left i yelpped as something started to come out of it i took off flying to the other side of the clearing, whatever or whoever it was fallowed taking flight. I zigzagged throught the trees, after a few seconds i stopped and looked behind me, i sighed and landed in a tree the shadow of the tree calmed me after being scared witless by whoever that was. "Who was that?" I said outloud turning to get more comfortable on the tree branch, SNAP, i froze as i heard something land in the clearing below me i looked over the branch i was in to get a better look at who it was.
