River is a small fragile girl. She is bullied a lot because people think she is a freak. She never stands up for herself, and her only friend is Faith.
Ever since she was little, River has had a power. One she has sworn she'll never tell anyone but Faith. River can create. She can draw in fire and water, and make them real.
When her hometown of thousands of people is on the verge of being extinct, she'll need her power. The only problem is, that if River doesn't want show her secret, the only other person, Water, who could help, may also be the cause of this mess.
