Layla Evans got kicked out of her father's home after getting caught smoking and fooling around with another boy. She moved in with her older brother, George, to have a fresh start from there by going to College and getting a part-time job while George supports and takes care of her the way she wished her parents had as she grew up.
Abandoned by her mother at a young age, Layla lived with her alcoholic father up until she turned eighteen. Layla always felt insecure around boys and decided they didn't matter to her anymore.
