A gift can be given in many ways. It can be wrapped, boxed, or sent. But some are passed down through generations, and there not always a good thing to obtain. This is the story of my life. And how my family has been gifted with specific elements from the gods themselves. 

   Now as I tell you my story I want you to keep in mind that sometimes what people consider gifts, it may also be considered a curse. Also keep in mind, what happens when all elements are taken in your family and yet you have another child? And what happens when you find your soul mate, only to discover not only his life to be in danger, but yours too?All Rights Reserved

He's strong, intimidating, and pretty much has people running for the hills at the very aspect of him getting angry. His devil-may-care attitude swirls around him and no one wants to get on his bad side. Of course River is afraid of him, and she has a good right to be. But when River starts to learn more of the young man everyone fears she starts to see him in a new way. After some time feelings grow stronger and she hopes she's not fallen for a murderer. And if she has, who is she to deny him the love he so desperately needs?

"Now, time for my revenge." I barely had time to process before something soft and powdery rained down on me. I wiped my face. Flour. He did not just dump flour on me even if I started it. Mature, much? I thought bitterly. Poker face on. "Real mature," I said, brushing past him with fake annoyance. Time to activate drama mode. "Come on, babe, you can't be mad..." he called after me.
