When the war began, the world went into lock-down.
Secrets were being hidden, and it was better that way. For everyone. Or that's what he told himself.
Towns and cities were secluded, with walls built to keep them safe from the outside world.
All connections were cut off, and each and every area was left alone. Without food, without rain, without electricity. Suddenly it didn't seem so safe inside.
Slowly, the food ran out and Area #101 fell to the ground. It was every man for himself, and what had once been a tight community had become a place where murder was simply a way to survive.
What was the true reason behind the capitals decision? How can anyone survive their inescapable fate?

However, two things will complicate this process. Night Raid, a group of revolutionary assassins who serve the people and have the same ultimate goal as (Y/N). Esdeath, a general who hails from the northern frontier and is proclaimed as the Empire's Strongest. But (Y/N) didn't expect this to be an easy road. Nothing in his life had ever come easy.
