Parker Silver, aka Dragonfly, is a thief, working with her best friend Nick. Her father Richard is the head of the CIA, and works with her brother Jake and Uncle Dave. Them, along with the CIA and FBI, are searching for this mysterious duo who have pulled off more heists than several of the most famous adults. Parker can't tell them about it, but soon her and Nick get dragged into a crime; that involves the CIA big time. As they go on many missions and hide from the CIA and other agencies, Parker realizes that it's pretty hard to have a crime-fighting family when you're on the other side.

After barely surviving, they were convinced that were foes. When they healed, they were reactivated to complete the mission; they didn't have enough information. So they went undercover at one of SOLDATS Training Facility. They found out that they were trying to capture Ben. And not only just Ben, all of humanity. It was called Operation Domination.
