Kageyama Tobio is 1st in line for the throne, the throne of the devil I mean. All he needs to do is wait for his old man to die but he wants to have a little fun while hes at it. When he meets a Beautiful angel named hinata he knows he needs to take him and make him a crow, a crow of the devil.
