Romance
Jonah groans loudly, running his hands through his hair. "Will you just shut up for one second?" "Make me," I growl. So he does. He grabs my face, lacing his fingers in my hair. Jonah's face is looming inches from mine and before I can react, he crashes our lips together. My eyes flutter closed and I find myself kissing him back. I wrap my arms around his neck, tugging at his hair. Jonah trails a hand down to the small of my back, pressing me closer to him and leaves the other entangled in my hair. Our lips are moving in perfect sync. Jonah's tongue flits across my lower lip, asking for permission. I gasp and he takes the opportunity to claim my mouth, his tongue exploring every inch. My whole body is on fire from his kiss. My heart is pounding out of my chest. Jonah breaks away, leaving me breathless. "Do I have your attention now?" he asks, placing his forehead against mine. Dani Woods is an insecure, awkward high school student who struggles with anxiety. She is terribly clumsy except when in the dance studio. When she dances, her anxiety melts away and her mind is focused on one thing for once, dance is her off switch. Until she meets a boy named Jonah Ashford. Jonah is the complete opposite of her, calm, cool, attractive. When their worlds collide on the first day of school, they don't realize that Dani's fall in the hallway would change both their lives forever. Could the school's bad boy be her new off switch?

I was surprised when she ran her hands down my abs, almost to the waist band of my pants. "Mila," I warned, watching her bite back a smile. There was unmistakable tension around us and I had no idea where it came from. Maybe it was the alcohol. I stared down at her, watching the sultry look on her face. "What are you doing to me," I muttered, resting my forehead against hers. I barely had a chance to blink before her lips were pressed against mine. My hands found their way to her hips, gripping them tightly as she tugged at my hair. Spinning her around, I pinned her against the wall. It felt like my lungs were going to burst as I pulled away, breathing hard. Mila gazed up at me, her eyes glazed over and cheeks pink. She reached up, wiping what I'm assuming was her lipstick from my lips. I couldn't help but lean down and press my lips against hers again. It was almost as if I was addicted to the way she fit against my body. "Ajax, we're both drunk," she gasped as I bit down on her ear gently. We could deal with the consequences later. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- TW: Mentions of Anxiety, Depression, and some suicidal thoughts Some Mature content - I'll put a warning before ;) Highest ranking in Romance - #8 12/20 Highest ranking in Dance - #1 12/22
